Since my legs could support me.

10k marathon

We have runs everyday of the week and have found success in running with others. When do you typically run?

Evening. But I've heard nothing beats breaking a sweat as the sun comes up.

Do you have a big goal for 2016? How can we help you get there?

Increase my stamina and better my form when running without a treadmill.

How long have you been running and what motivates you?

Not yet...I hope to find out about some by joining this group.
