Participate in some 5k, 10k events. Possibly participate in a marathon. Be healthy
The most I've ever run was 18 miles.
Mostly I'm an evening runner.
The biggest thing this running group can do for me is to actually get me out to go running. Running with others will be a big motivator for me to put on my running shoes and head out the door.
Maybe one day, I can do a marathon in some foreign country. Or do a fun run in Disneyland.
Hi Everyone I've been living in the Seattle area for about a year now. It's been a while since I've run long distances since my cross country days in high school. I figure that I will be more motivated to go out and run with other people!
