The SGLRG has running events basically everyday of the week. Do you consider yourself a morning or evening runner if you were to choose?

Introduction

I'm a new runner looking for a group to get tips from and train with to improve my running skills. I also cycle, golf, and keep active at the gym to stay healthy.
