How long have you been running and are there items still on your bucket list that you are motivated to accomplish?

Mostly to stay in shape so I can do longer backpacking trips in the fall. Getting out to group events to run with my friends is a huge help to get me out of work on time.

How did your 2016 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

I ran my first Ragnar in 2014! I fit in a few half marathons, 5K, and an 8K.

What is your plan for 2017? Any races on the calendar for you? Do you have any big goals?

Run a couple half marathons and keep increasing my speed and endurance. I enjoy the training plans and motivation.

How many days a week do you typically run? What time of the day do you run?

after work during the week and whenever on the weekends

How can we best support you and your running goals?

I enjoy training for the half marathons. I'm hoping to run a few half marathons in the spring to get in shape and then transition to backpacking for the summer & fall.
