How did 2014 look for you as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

I ran 2 half marathons and just enjoyed running with this group.

Have you made any running goals for 2015?

Run a couple half marathons and keep increasing my speed and endurance. I enjoy the training plans and motivation.

The SGLRG has running events basically everyday of the week. Do you consider yourself a morning or evening runner if you were to choose?

after work during the week and whenever on the weekends

Do you have a preferred race distance of choice? What races are you planning on running in 2015?

Stay fit and healthy and hopefully avoid injuries
