Get healthy and stay that way.
I do both. Double workouts would be nice if I were the nutcase I aspire to be.
I need to run with a group to help push me to go faster.
Maybe NYC Marathon in 2014.
Just signed up for the 36,000 step plan: either to heaven or a faster marathon, whichever comes first.
Really nice, friendly and supportive.
