I finished my first ever sprint triathlon. I am planning on signing up for a couple of sprint tri races in 2013. If I manage to train better for running, I will sign up for a Olympic length!
9 miles. That might be how much I can go.
I run 3x with my coworkers during lunch time, but I would like to try morning and evening runs as well. I am a morning person in general.
Having company around me and feel pushed to run a bit faster is great!
I can't think of any. I would like to be in a warm place, but I don't enjoy running in a warm weather.
I am not a strong runner and always looking for a motivation.
