Getting back into running regularly, building to 30 miles a week by year's end if my body continues to feel inspired by the trees. I'd also like to run a 10k and perhaps the Setatle half with a client of mine this November.
Looking for community, running buddies, and camaraderie.
Nope! I've fulfilled my running dreams...however the Big Sur marathon is enticing, should I get back to marathon shape again.
I'm a sports nutritionist and former distance runner who retired a year and a half ago due to excessive SoCal heat. I'm back in Seattle and feeling inspired! Ready to frolic in the trees and take on the track!
