It was a good year. Ran more miles than I ever have and then PRed at the California International Marathon...
I'd like to get a marathon PR (sub-3:03). Ultimately, I'd like to run a sub-3 hr marathon someday.
I try to run during the best conditions of the day. Winter = Afternoon. Summer = Morning. Spring/Fall = Evening
I love the marathon distance - the whole nine yards... From training to racing. The Chicago marathon.
To stay in shape. I usually sign-up for a goal race to stay motivated...
Thankful for every day I get to run!
