How did 2014 look for you as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?


Have you made any running goals for 2015?


The SGLRG has running events basically everyday of the week. Do you consider yourself a morning or evening runner if you were to choose?

Early mornings work best for me 6-8 on weekdays, 7-9 on weekends

Do you have a preferred race distance of choice? What races are you planning on running in 2015?


Why do you run? And what keeps you motivated?



I enjoy 5 mile runs at around 10 min/mile. I also like to mix it up with stairs and circuit training type exercises. I've recently started using the Nike Fitness app and really like it.
