To run consistently at my pace. To build up gradually and remain injury free. To improve my speed and overall fitness over time.
13.2 during the Seattle 1/2 marathon.
I prefer to run in the morning.
Running with a group. Assistance with remaining injury free. Finding other runners at my pace--very slow!
Seattle Rock and Roll 1/2 marathon.
