When I am constantly working out at the gym and for a couple hours. To workout and hike more regularly.
Im not sure but I sometimes run on the treadmill for an hour straight.

Getting use to a routine and the run.

I love doing outdoor activities. It makes me feel alive! I am on a path to eat and live healthier. This group will be a great will be a great addition for my activities.
