I have been getting gigs posted up with NO DATE on them.
So, no one knows when you are playing, and your show keeps coming up every week, whether you are playing or not.
I have just been through and cleaned out a lot of old gigs with no date.
I know everyone is in a big hurry, but please take a moment to review your gig listing, and make sure people know what time you are playing.
Some other features you may want to take advantage of:
If it's a regular gig, there's a "repeat this event" feature you can use so you don't have to list it every week (or month, etc).
There's also a "share this event" feature at the end that lets you post it automatically to Facebook and Twitter, so you don't have to make repeat listings there - that's a good time-saver!
And there's a "email group members about this meetup" feature that will email everyone in the Seattle Jazz Scene meetup too.
So make sure you are using the tools here to help you get the word out to the maximum number of people about your shows
Finally, if it won't let you post your gig, most likely you have not been made an event admin yet. Email me ([address removed]) and I'll make you an event admin, then you can post up your shows.
