March Macrobiotic Potluck

I know this is pretty soon, but this is the only weekend I am available in March.

Please join us for our macrobiotic potluck March 3. Let me know if you need some suggestions for a dish to bring. Also, please let us know in the comments what you are bringing so that we have a good variety and don't end up with all soups or grain dishes. This helps a lot! I am looking forward to continuing to build our macrobiotic community and enjoying our delicious meal!

    Sounds good and delish! I just looked up what Arame is, was pretty sure. But am pretty new to trying add some macro stuff to my diet. :)

    Hi. Yay! The food sounds yummy. I am going to make nishime and miso soup with chickpea miso. I will also provide a pickle and condiments like shiso powder, etc. Elizabeth, millet sounds great.
