I remember knitting a skirt using red and green yarn (one strand of each) and crocheting a vest and matching skirt as a teenager. The crocheting was quick, but I remember knitting took forever (which is why it took my 30 years to take it up again).
The second time was to knit afghans for homeless families that were moving into apartments through my temple's homeless to renter program. Long strips, just knit, then someone else put them together.
Somewhere with comfortable furniture and fun folks!
I am short and a teacher. This is my final career after dabbling in administrative work, video production, and more!
