Introducing a new series "Partner Up"... most of the time, those of us behind the camera are very uncomfortable in front of the camera.  This series will be an exercise in capturing in environmental portraiture, on-location shooting and positioning both in front of and behind the camera.

Here's the scoop:  We will meet at a specific location.  Once there, we will pair up.  The assignment is to take pictures of and with your partner both capturing the location AND the personality of your partner.  You will take turns picking the environment, creating the pose and taking the picture of each other.   You will then post the 5 best shots that you captured here on the site.

Where:  Capitol Hill

Meeting:  Elliott Bay Book Company

This one will be a night shoot.  Capture the nighttime atmosphere of Capitol Hill.  Every shot must have your partner in the shot.  Be conventional or daring.  It's up to you!
