About 8 years ago I became aware that I am an HSP. I learned about your group while looking for a Seattle meeting group for The Artist's Way. I've been an HSP all my life.
I read and have the first book she wrote about the HSP traits. I believe it's called The Highly Sensitive Person, and I also read something of hers about The Highly Sensitive Person at Work.
I have helped several deceased persons that I did not know cross over to the other side; I have psychic ability. Often something will come to me about someone I know and I'll stop what I'm doing and call and tell them whatever came across. Happens with people I don't know, too. Certain noise pitches drive me bonkers. Sensitive to smell.
I write and create art and read and walk and enjoy meeting people. Love being back in Seattle where hiking great places is possible, or hopping a ferry and exploring an island. Meeting to talk is a start for me.
Friendships would be cool; networking; and whatever wants to happen.
Hi, my name is Mare Stanton. Recently, I moved back to Seattle from Texas. Seattle is where I belong. Meeting like minded people is my goal, and learning more about HTPs and navigating life successfully on a daily basis.
A great group of talented people. It's refreshing to be around those who understand you.
