The Seattle Running Club hosts a trail run every Sunday beginning at 7:30 AM. Meet at Poo Poo Point trail head. We will be running 12 to 14 miles on Tiger Mt. May see some hang gliding too. Be prepared for weather. Sometimes it can be windy on top. See you soon. The run will take 3 to 4 hours. Bring a minimum of 2 bottle of water and 600 calories.
