Seattle Running Club Sunday run (regular recurring event)

  • Jul 28, 2013 · 7:30 AM
  • Red Town Trailhead at Cougar Mt. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED

The Seattle Running Club hosts a trail run every Sunday beginning at 7:30 AM. These are generally 12 to 15 miles long over hilly terrain, with a wide range of paces. All runners -- club members and nonmembers alike -- are welcome, though we encourage regular attendees to join the club. (Membership info is available at
www.seattlerunningclub.org.) Our "default" location is the Red Town trailhead at Cougar Mountain; the run organizers will leave a comment here if going elsewhere on any given Sunday. People are also encouraged to use comments to offer carpooling assistance, etc. More information, including a map of our usual Cougar routes and directions to the Red Town trailhead, is available at
www.seattlerunningclub.org.

just moved here from the Bay Area, CA, I am trying to find weekend runners, I am just starting again with running so I might just go for 8 miles or so depending elevation. Once I get further in I would minimally do the 12 milers.
