Weekly group run

Get your mid week runs in with the group from The Balanced Athlete.  Group runs are a great way to help develop aerobic fitness so when you head out to the trails you will be ready.

Tuesday is averaging over 50 runners / walkers  We have started our Tuesday Night Run Series, which gives you a chance to win lots of free swag!
