Seattle Running Club Sunday run

This week we'll be meeting at Sky Country at Cougar (NOTE THE CHANGE FROM RED TOWN!) for a run with a variety of options.  Angel and Tim Mathis will be organizing a short (5 - 8 mile) run, with options for longer loops for those who are interested.  7:30 AM as usual, and all are welcome!

I agree with Gabrielle - thank you (Tim and Angel) for organizing the run this morning. You all are a great group to run with. Hope to see you again soon!

Had a minor disaster this morning - spilt coffee all over the carpet - and didn't make it out the door in time. Next time!

Anyone planning to do closer to 10 miles?

Thanks for letting me know Tim. I decided to go ahead and do my long run today, so I will probably just do the 5-8 as planned by the group. But if I am feeling particularly good and ready to do more I might tag along. :)

Is this event open to anyone? Even non-SRC-memebers that might be interested in becoming members ;)

I live in Sand Point near Magnuson Park. I can offer rides to folks, or hop in an already established carpool. Anyone interested in carpooling?

Yes sir! We always love new faces, and the main goal is to help introduce folks to the local trails.
