The Seattle Running Club / The Balanced Athlete hosts a trail run every Sunday beginning at 8:30am. (Carpool options from The Balanced Athlete at 8am)
Options to include shorter distances to help build confidence, trail skills, clothing options to keep you comfortable while out running in any weather, nutritional needs and how to eat and run, plus many more. These runs are geared towards a road runner or trail runner wanting to fully embrace the trails and be comfortable while exploring our parks and new trails.
The Balanced Athlete will have demo shoes on occasion to try out at no charge.
Distances will be dependent on the groups abilities. We will be forming multiple groups
