Seattle Running Club - Training Runs

Cougar Mountain will be our default training run. If there is destination run, this Meetup will be updated with the correct information.

The runs at Cougar will be similar to the courses of the Cougar Mountain Series, and the lead runner can also mix it up a bit. There will be a long version and a short version of the runs. The average distance for the long version will be about 10-13 miles and the short version between 5-7 miles. The course will be marked with arrows on the ground that can easily be followed if you happen to fall behind the group.

Come and have fun.

Note:

- No discovery pass is needed at Cougar Mountain

- Always bring water, electrolytes if needed.

- If you would like to carpool, write a note on the invite
