<p>The Seattle Running Club hosts a trail run every Sunday beginning at 7:30 AM. These are generally 12 to 15 miles long over hilly terrain, with a wide range of paces. All runners -- club members and nonmembers alike -- are welcome, though we encourage regular attendees to join the club. (Membership info is available at Our "default" location is the Red Town trailhead at Cougar Mountain; the run organizers will leave a comment here if going elsewhere on any given Sunday.     The trails are great but this group run was pretty disorganized. That or my standards are way too high. :( It was advertised as a 10/18 mile run and only three people were game for 18. Then one quit and then another and then I was alone. I guess I just wanted company today and I didn't get any.
