Thanks for the quick reply Win! I knew you'd have someone good. I have an appointment booked.

Hi Win - Thanks for the great run! Admittedly, I was working hard to keep up with you speedies, but it was a lovely outing and such a treat. Good to finally meet you and thanks again!
Win! Great meeting up with you last week at Cougar! Thanks for the greeting when I first signed up to this group; though it took me a while to finally attend a run, it was nice to know someone upon arriving (You & Martin).
See the group again sometime!
Thanks so much, Win! I'm really looking forward to Saturday's run. I'll be thinking back to our training lap last weekend and hoping for similar weather... (o:
Doing well Win!! Rounding into shape.
Just an idea. There are lots of good ideas out there.
Hi Win, Thanks it's funny you should mention Brian. First time I ran at Cougar Mountain, Brian drove me in his old Beetle. He had just completed Western States for the first time, so he just sat in his car and waited for us to finish. I got back 30 minutes early and he told me the story of his Western States finish. It was/is amazing to me the quality of trail runners here in the PacNW. I look forward to meeting and running with you all.
Thanks-Scott

Just a recommendation that was interesting because of the point to point. Lots of variations including over rattlesnake and back on the river trail. That loop is 24 miles.

Perfect, appreciate the reply Win. I do plan to attend but... if the rain is held at bay over the weekend- might motor to Shi Shi. So- probably see ya'll at Squak, right? :). Cheers!
Thanks, Win! It was a great experience to run with you guys yesterday. I'm definitely looking forward to getting some training runs in with you all soon. See you out there!
