Need some motivation to keep running even though I'm not doing any races this year.
Group/partner runs for pace/speed work (4-6miles) and maybe longer weekend runs (10-15miles).
I'm a marathoner & trail runner (one ultra under my belt), taking a year off from very long distance running, but want to keep in shape and hopefully get a bit faster with the hopes of finally breaking the 3hr marathon barrier in 2012.
