Be active, enthusiastic, supportive, and good role models. Be patient with me if I cannot keep up right away! I'll keep improving and will get there eventually.
Encouragement, accountability, and fun. New friendships and running buddies. Lots of positive energy.
I am a new runner just starting to get back into shape after a tough pregnancy and birth. I've just started getting out there, running half a 5K last night, albeit slowly, but I look forward to improving speed and distance every day!
