Postponed! SAFe PSI/ Release planning simulation

PSI Planning is powerful, but not more powerful than a great summer in Seattle.  We're holding off until we can get critical mass, so we'll try this again on September 10.  Watch for the next meetup announcement!

PSI or Potential Shippable Increment is the development time box or ubersprint that uses the cadence of synchronization for a "newsworthy event" and is a pacemaker of the Agile Enterprise.

The release planning meeting is two day planning event for all members of an "Agile Release Train" which results in a committed set of program objectives for the next 8 - 12 weeks. Facilitated by the RTE (Release Train Engineer), attendees typically included ALL members of the program.

It is integral and essential to SAFe! Find out more about it here:

In our August meetup: We will do a simulation of SAFe Release Planning session. It is a great way to get exposed to the this integral component of Scaled Agile Framework. This will be a fully facilitated event.

When it comes to PSI planning simulation - the more the merrier! So please don't hesitate to bring your fellow Agile/ SAFe enthusiasts.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
