Hey - we had a great first meeting, thanks for all those that came out!
We took some notes on a quick brainstorming session about potential topics, this is what we wrote down;
• Advertising campaigns
-- social media advertising
-- content marketing
• Pricing - UI , A/B testing?
• Sales - CRM? Drip? What tools do you use?
• Validating business model
-- Pricing: Freemium or??
• Drip campaign cadence
• On boarding - what is it? When is someone onboarded, how do you onboard?
• Partners - co-founders, finding them, etc
So - we are moving forward with the first topic, ADVERTISING
We will update as we get a little closer to the big day on what that actually means, but probably be prepared to ask questions or talk about what channels you've used, specific problems you had, what types of results you've had - in general - let's help each other out!
