Franchesska introduces participants to the dance and history of African people and their descendants. Students will learn to recognize the music and dance from these regions that has developed in these culturally vibrant communities.

Franchesska will lead students to an understanding of gender roles in modern West African pop and traditional culture. The role of Female beauty traditions such as stretch, strength, core work and feminine isolation's also known as the Feminine Essence will be greatly focused upon.

?Fluid, graceful movements help to tone & strengthen your back,
abdominal muscles and improve your posture.
?Increase your mobility, flexibility, and overall strength.
