How are you currently involved with NGS data? (Sample prep, analysis, IT, all of the above?)

I want to stay on top of the latest developments because the newest technologies define just what questions we can answer. Designing great research projects requires having good knowledge of what is possible.


Mark Minie suggested this meetup. I've been active in the biotech community here since beginning work in 1986 at Immunex. My sequencing days go back to using snake venom phosphodiesterase, homochromotography and high voltage electrophoresis.
