Most of the time we will be hula hooping. Whaaaatt!?!? Hula Hooping!?!?! Yes, I promise you will love it. Not only is it great exercise, but it's also a fun way to meet new people, listen to music, be creative, and enjoy the outdoors. Don't know how to hula hoop? Don't worry :) I can show you the basics and help you learn new tricks if you'd like. I always have plenty of hoops for everyone!
We may vary our activities to keep things interesting. We may be hiking, running, biking, doing yoga, weight training, or playing tennis.... The goal is to have fun while we exercise :)
