The Seattle Steely Dan Aficionados Society is a jazz-rock experiment in conviviality, cryptic sarcasm, heartwarming empathy, and exploration of the best happy hours Seattle has to offer. Who knows...we may even find a place that will blast SD through their PA system. Guest speakers include Donald Fagen and Walter Becker. Just kidding. This is a strictly low-budget, yet inexplicably high-class affair.
Along with the usual happy hours, SSDAS will feature hikes, bike to brewery rolls, game nights, and of course the obligatory worship services whenever a SD tribute band (such as the redoubtable Nearly Dan) hit the stage.
