Virtual Reality - Finally a Reality. (July 2013 - Seattle Unity3D User Group)

With virtual reality becoming more and more prevalent each day, we have a local startup, VRcade, that's been working in this space for years to come in and show us how they set up their awesome arcade for the future!

We will have a unique setup this time - start the night with a talk from the team, then head down to their office a short drive away down the road to experience the virtual reality arcade they've built. (Space is limited) (Address: 1111 N 98th St. Seattle, WA)

VRcade, a Seattle based indie startup, will be speaking about their state of the art out-of-home VR solution and will be answering questions related to the platform and their use of Unity.

Note: Make sure you RSVP if you plan to come. We'll be checking people in at the door again. Thanks!

I'll have three seats available for carpooling back and forth, I'm sure we'll all figure it out there.

The address for VRcade is 1111 n 98th st. There is street and lot parking. Thanks!

Hmm, I hope there will be some kind of carpooling. I just re-read the notice, having missed the driving part. Trying to find parking in Seattle twice in one night doesn't sound like much fun.

But yeah, I could take three or four others with me :)

Does anyone know the address for VRcade? Is it within theoretical walking distance?

I'd also be looking to join a carpool for tomorrow night. Worse case I'll call an uber.

I just got my shipping notice from Oculus Rift... should be here very, very soon. Good thing I've been familiarizing myself with Unity, although most of my experience in programming and content creation has been in Second Life. I hope I can make it to this meetup!
