ATTENDANCE LIST IS NOW CLOSED, no more RSVPs please.
We will be learning to make kimchi, both the traditional buried form as well as the modern variation, and pickles, both quick and fermented. We will have some samples on hand to try, so please bring a fork and bowl!
We'll meet at 6:30pm for potluck and start fermenting at 7:00pm.
