I love learning practical skills and passing those skills on to others.
If it involves foodcrafting, I'm interested. From granola to cheese to beer to canning, I'd love to learn more. I'd also love to put some skills in urban farming and livestock under my belt, but I don't have a place to experiment, living in an apartment. I've found that lending hand with those that do is a good way to learn and give back in the process, too.

I've dabbled in home brewing (beer & kombucha), canning, and making pasta. I wouldn't claim to be more than a beginner in anything, but I'm a quick learner.
