The first attempt at this event was a great success, so we're doing it again!
Like last time, the basic plan is to enjoy the new episode with friends on a big-screen TV from comfy couches / chairs and without getting up way-too-early on Saturday morning. Also, pizza.
I still plan to keep it relatively free-form since people seemed to like that. There was some YouTube viewing and general hanging out. There was also some MLP CCG playing going on, so bring your cards if you got 'em.
Also, if there's anything you would like to see at these events, please let me know!
I did learn a few things from our first outing though...
First, 18-inch pizzas are huge. Secondly, Costco is very crowded on Saturday mid-day. Due to my being the only Jigsaw key member there, I was unable to leave and had to send one of the guests out to get the pizza. That's awful, so this time I'll be getting the pizza *before* the event based on the RSVP numbers and a bit of guessing. Unfortunately, this means I won't be able to have the space open early since I'll be out fetching pizza.
So for that reason, if you don't want to eat pizza, please post that. Also, try to RSVP if you're coming or un-RSVP if your plans change. But I'll overestimate the food a bit, so if you find you can come at the last minute, decide to bring a friend, etc., please still feel free to still come.
Finally, the $5 both pays for the pizza and the ability to use the space for our meetup. So if you're not eating, please still bring $2 or so.
How to find & enter Jigsaw:
Located at 815 Airport Way S, Jigsaw is actually only part of the first floor of a much larger building of indie art studios called "Inscape" There's no sign outside for Jigsaw, but here's a picture of the building:
To enter, dial 112 on the keypad to the left of the front door and we'll come let you in. (Just make a right in the entry hall and you can't miss Jigsaw on the left.)
It's close to central bus stops. Additionally, there is usually free parking on the side of the building on 6th street. It says 2 hours during the day, but I haven't personally had any problems going over that. (Although you're required to park with your front facing the street.) The free parking area is the strip with only 1 car in it in this pic:
