South Sound Ronald Reagan Club members and friends,

After listening to lots of discussion of straw polls in Iowa, it is refreshing to know we have a more accurate and representative monthly straw poll of area Republicans.

Puget Sound's top presidential straw poll is 21 August, 6:30 PM, Bradley Park in Puyallup!

Please check out our club's action page and see the results of the previous three monthly polls. We did not have a club meeting in July, so it will be interesting to see the change in results the past 60 days as we get closer to the February caucuses and state primary. Go to:

Kirby Wilbur, KVI conservative radio commentator (570 AM from 5 AM to 9 AM) will be the guest speaker. Many locally elected government officials will be in attendance.
Numbered tickets are available for purchase for $15 and include a picnic dinner, music by Garret Treadwell and presentation by our guest speaker.

Please send to me (Steilacoom address below) a check for $15 for each ticket you would like to purchase. Please include a self addressed stamped envelope so I can easily mail the ticket(s) back to you.

Also, Tuesday, 21 August is an election day. It is of course a mandatory requirement
that you cast your ballot either at the polls or by mail before you attend. Not voting is not a viable solution to move our community, state and country in the right direction.
