Introduction

I've been a gypsy my whole life...grew up in Michigan but have lived in NYC, DC, Los Angeles, Detroit, Baltimore, Cincinnati, etc. Moved to Seattle in 2001 and love it. A former agency CEO, I'm the owner of Brand Dialogue, a branding consultancy.

What is your Flickr name and url? What got you started?

Hearing about it from a lot of people I respect...all positive. 'Flickr is CRACK,' they told me. They were right!

What are your favorite photography subjects?

Macros, portraits, landscapes.

What do you love most about Flickr? Hate the most?

LOVE: the community! Flickr peeps generally have an awesome, friendly vibe. HATE: the trolls, the self-righteous, those who act out online. Fortunately, they are a tiny minority.

Do you shoot primarily film or digital?

Digital but getting back into film with some older cameras from the 1950s.
