Asia Trip

Post #: 19
I have been playing with the idea of a group trip to Asia...perhaps Laos or Burma. There are a number of reasons for this...besides the obvious desire to experience some things that few people ever do. One reason is the desire to start generating some revenue from travel photojournalism.

As part of my prep work I have been in touch with the travel editors from a number of large newspapers and have two that are willing to review stories (with photos) that are produced from the trip for possible publication.

Time frame is probably sometime February to April. Figure 14 days.

Anyone have any interest at all? If there is any interest I can give you more details as I work them out. If you have an idea for another location, please speak up.

I have begun soliciting itineraries from a number of companies and the one below (to Burma) is a good one. Total cost, including R/T airfare would be a little less than $3000.
