Depending on the crowd, we often start with a beginner tutorial for people totally inexperienced with Blender; the experts spend this time on a speed modeling competition. Then there's a solid chunk of time where people who've done anything cool in Blender can show off their projects. Lastly, if anyone has questions about Blender specifics, they can get help on those specific problems.
