I've started doing the (very) occasional cooking classes again. I'm teaching a South Indian dosa making class on July 17th through my nonprofit Project Feast. We work with refugees and immigrants to help them get training and employment in the food industry.
Tickets are $55. You will get recipes, and some ingredients to take home! The class is at the Fremont Abbey in the downstairs kitchen.
