I'd like to learn about regional cooking, and about what dishes and recipes other people like. I enjoy learning about food history and have a lot of food trivia to share.
It changes, but coriander seeds are a favorite of mine.
Not strictly just Indian, but I'd love to learn how to make Kakori Kabab.
I grew up in Calcutta and moved to the states for college. I took up cooking out of necessity, but now I absolutely love it!
