Introduction
Hi, I'm obsessed with Indian cooking. I visited south India earlier this year and am now trying to recreate some of the dishes I ate. I'd also like to meet Indian people, whom I find generally fascinating.
What would you like to learn about Indian food or share with others?
Quick dishes! Most of the dishes I make seem to take hours. :)
If you have a favorite spice, what is it?
Curry leaves.
What is your favorite Indian dish or what would you like to learn to make?
I love mattar paneer, Kolkata kathi, Hyderabadi biryani, and khadi pakora.
