Vsem snova privet! The Seattle-Tashkent Sister City Association has requested our help in making Russian salads to bring to the Navruz celebration on Saturday, March 16th. Let's meet up the afternoon of the event, and make a bunch of Olivier and vinagret to bring.

Both experienced and inexperienced Russian-salad-makers are welcome. I am planning to buy ingredients, and will need guidance in making the salads, since I am not an experienced Russian-salad-maker! ;-)

Nadyeyus', shto uvidemsya tam! :-)

The address for the salad-making is 4515 Latona Ave NE, not 4514. Hope to see y'all tomorrow!

Does anyone have a vegetarian Olivier or Vinaigret recipe that can be adapted for 300 people? ;-)

All salad-makers will receive a $5 discount on admission to Navruz, so please join us in making salads!
