Mindful Living & Leadership Workshop + Kriya Meditation

In this workshop we will give you a step by step process to apply the principles of mindfulness to your daily problems.

Are you facing problems at work? in relationship? are you just looking for meaning in life? You can find the process to solve your problems.

Even avid meditators who are seeking enlightenment will find a way to go deeper into their meditation.

At the end of the workshop (depending on the group present) we will feature an intense Kriya - Kriyas are meditations that involve breathing techniques (pranayama), asanas (yoga positions) & visualization. Each kriya provides and immense energy for various aspects of mindful living. They also have other health benefits (e.g. reduce diabetes, hypertension, etc).

This program was designed by enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda and taught by a teacher.

Paramahamsa Nithyananda is world leader in the field of meditation, yoga & healing. He is one of the most watched spiritual teachers on YouTube and elected one of 100 Most Influential Spiritual People 2012 by Watkins Mind Body Soul Magazine

The last part of the workshop will feature an intense meditation.

This will be followed by warm vegetarian food.
