Date is October 30th (Sunday) at 10 am, cost is $125 per person or $100 for you if you refer a friend! Cost includes a delicious lunch (we will eat what we make) and all recipes, including a recipe packet complete with instructions and local resources. We will enjoy lectures and hands-on practice! Frank is planning to take us through a day's worth of raw fare, from breakfast to dessert. He will include plenty of relevant health information, and answer questions ranging from proper food combining to soaked and sprouted nuts and grains, to the importance of a diet rich in probiotic foods (sauerkraut, etc). Recipes will be equally enjoyable and accessible to beginners as to experienced raw foodists!
