Are you staying in town rather than go over the river and through the woods? Wondering what to do the night before we gear up to help at local shelters? Why not help make a difference for those affected and afflicted by cancer?
Join your friends and have fun making a difference for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society while volunteering in a concession stand at the University of Washington volleyball match on Wednesday, November 27th.
We will run the concession stand and a portion of the proceeds from the stand goes to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Free food and beverage while working and if time permits you will be able to catch parts of the game.
Arrive 4:30 pm - wear black pants (any type) and closed toe shoes (no flip flops or sandals)
Finish 8:30 ish
No experience required.
Please do not commit if you don't think you can make it. LLS is charged $50 for each no show out of their donation as there is a minimum number of volunteers required for the stand.
If this day doesn't work for you, there are many more basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball and softball games coming up.
Looking forward to a fun time and making a difference.
