I'm very active. I rarely sit still, would love to exert some of this energy by helping others instead of at the gym where I spend most of my free time. Crossfit and yoga are my two drug of choice.
Meet with other local people who are interested in volunteering for their community. We might hand out food at a food bank, help build a house with Habitat, mentor kids or anything else you could imagine!
