Full! - Atlanta's Healthy Supper Club Grand Opening

Initiation into any club is pretty nerve racking process. Initiation of a club with all new members is a party. The first dinner party will be the March 23rd. Cooking will begin at 6 PM and food will be served at 7 PM. We will be cooking an all vegan meal with tea or BYOB.

The first 20 people to RSVP will receive confirmation with the location details. Please indicate if you have any special dietary needs.

The meeting place will be in Castleberry Hills, near downtown where food ingredients and kitchen will all be ready to go. Those wanting to help cook or look-on can arrive earlier while those just wanting good food and good community can arrive at the serving time. This is a nonprofit initiative, so all food costs will be split ($2-$3 per plate) and any leftovers will be available to take home.

Participants must RSVP for the location through email to [masked]. Cancellation must be done 24 hours in advance, otherwise participants will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list the next supper club meeting.

This supper club was founded to serve as a catalyst and precursor to a community run cafe currently being developed in Atlanta named Fresh Off The Cut. The founders of this club will use the supper club to build community support and as a testing ground for recipes. No problem. Will all future meals be vegetarian ? I'm not vegetarian, just curious.

Not necessarily, but we will always try to keep a vegan option on the table

Thank you so much for coming to share a meal with Jeff and me! We thoroughly enjoyed your company and your eagerness to help cook and learn with us. We will definitely be hosting this event again and look forward to chatting with all of you in the near future about the foods we love. If you have any questions, suggestions, or critiques on last night’s dinner or upcoming suppers, don’t hesitate to send them our way! We posted the recipes and nutritional info for each item we cooked on our supper club blog at http://healthysupperclubatl.wordpress.com/ And finally, a special thanks to Jared and his Revolution Gelato! This granola crumble paired so well with his delicious frozen vegan surprise and I hope that everyone enjoyed this as much as I did! Until next time, eat well and share it! Roxanne and Jeff
