Chicken pieces with a mushroom, onion, olives, red wine and garlic marinara sauce, served over Risotto with Basil (rice with prosciutto, basil, and parmigiano-reggiano cheese).
Ricotta Cannoli Cheesecake
Mini cheesecakes made with a cannoli crust, cream cheese and ricotta filling and decorated with an orange glaze, whipped topping, and chocolate chips
